Guidelines

General:

  1. There is No On - Spot Registration
  2. Day1 events are only for Sathyabama Students and Day2 & Day3 events are for other College students only.
  3. Maintain proper decorum throughout the event.
  4. Carry your valid student ID card at all times.
  5. Registration and payment are compulsory.
  6. No changes will be allowed after registration.
  7. Payments must be made only via UPI through the official website.
  8. Registration Fee: ₹150 (Sathyabama students) / ₹250 (Other colleges) per event.
  9. Accommodation will be provided on request.
  10. Food will be provided.
  11. The event organizers are not responsible for incorrect details or wrong payments.

Registration Instructions:

  1. Register only through the official event website.
  2. For team events, fill in only the team leader’s details during registration.
  3. Additional team member details will be collected later via a shared form.
  4. Provide accurate and valid information.
  5. After registration, the event coordinator will contact the team leader by email for confirmation and further details.
